Thank you so much for taking a moment to check JoLee Art & Photography! My name is Joanna, JoLee is an easy to remember nickname. I started my photography adventures when I was 14, using my dad's 35 mm Nikon. I fell in love, and I have been doing it ever since. I started doing photography seriously as one more means of expressing myself, because I am an artist down to my core. However, as a mommy of small children, I didn't have the ability to log lot of studio time, and photography allowed me to capture an image quickly that I could reference for art later. the more I did, the more I loved photography for itself and that morphed into JoLee Art & Photography in November, 2012. I love all types of photography, from more abstract and artistic, to newborns and maternity, from families and pets to boudoir, from events like birthday parties and gatherings to weddings, I do it and love it all. I love to travel, and I am happy to go to where the client is, even if that is half way across the world. I hate stressful, boring and uncomfortable photo shoots and I love choreographed chaos. I think photography is fun, and should be as much about the experience as the final image. I love it when my clients and I finish up a shoot and they use words like: "The most stress-free photo shoot I have ever done." "It was so much fun! My kids loved it, and my husband loved, it was just great!" and "My kids are never like this at photo shoots! Look at them! They are are smiles and having so much fun!" I want you to have so much fun.
I want you to feel attractive, confidant, and relaxed. I want the men to actually enjoy having their picture made, the women to feel beautiful, and the children laughing, so that when you look back at these images, you remember how much fun making the memory was.
